I have done 4 test myself using pt test strips. but all came negative. Yesterday I went to a private lab an de used my blood and urine sample for pregnancy test, it still came out negative.

Do infection test using your urine and HVS for High Vagina Swab. If infection is detected, treat appropriately.

If no infection is detected, do Hormone profile test. All the best

It happens. See a gyno. There is a drug you take that will induce it.

Go and do a scan. I have heard of someone who did all the test you said up there but they all came out negative until she went for scan who confirm she is pregnant.
