So what happened was that some of this bunkery guys killed one of this fuel truck drivers and then the truck driver Association decided to punish river state people by not bringing in fuel

But no, Mr intergrity prefer to borrow trillions for subsidy instead of putting the refinaries into work since over seven years. No promise kept.
