Canada is a G7 country and their leader got the bus. Germany is G7 and their President Frank-Walter Steinmeier got the bus. Canadian, G7, Justin Trudeau got the bus. G7 Japan sent their Emperor instead of their 'leader' and he got the bus.

Perhaps you meant G2, as UKs Liz Truss does not need to get a bus since she lives around the corner, and I could not find Spain and Italy, though the King of Spain got the bus and China's leader sent a rep. This is not about a mode of transport. It just tells us a lot with regards to how Britain views us. Did some EU leaders take buses? Yes they did. But I'm sure that was a personal decision from their end.

These black leaders taking buses was never a personal decision but one imposed on them. I watched a YouTube video a few days ago where someone talked about blacks being disrespected. Respect isn't given but earned and unfortunately, Africa has not earned its.

Actually, what it shows is how you view yourself, if whether you ride on a bus or not is what defines you. I wonder how you'd view yourself if you had had to walk.

Some leaders can very easily walk the streets of London because they are unlikely to be recognised. Some can't because they would be recognised and might never get where they are going, either because people love them so much and want to say hello, or hate them so much and might want to punch their lights out. Saudi's leader can not walk London streets for one of those reasons, and neither can Biden. Putin can't even step in UK in an armoured car and a thousand securing him at the moment, and it's the Chinese themselves who would attack their Xi Jinping, though I'm certain lots of Brits would assist them. Our African leaders though, barring our very own Buhari whom many might very likely kick and spit on and egg, not many would be recognised by Africans not to talk of Brits so their security requirements are rather low.

That said, this funeral is not about Africa but about honouring the dead Queen. And I am delighted to see that those of you who were not at Westminster are taking this more worse that the African leaders who honoured the occasion by taking the bus.
