But it does not contain all the essential amino acids. You know what that means as a Biochemist right! Well, I think ponmo(though I don't like it and haven't eaten much of it, shout out to bokoto)is a very good source of collagen. Aside that, govt has no right to ban a Yoruba ethnic food.
