I'm allergic to body itching after eating rice,spaghetti, yam and immediately I take bath,all my whole body will be scratching me

i also feel my body scratching me too anytime I take my bath , I have no idea if it's an allergy but this shit has been happening to me for years bro! I tot I was the only one.

Infact i hardly go a day without a blocked nose.

That's why nose inhaler is my companion.

Get an orthopedic mattress when you can. It's denser and harder for dust mites to burrow into.

Also, Loratidine (an antihistamine) works great. But it's best to eliminate the triggers.

If you use a fan, it raises dust up to your eyes and nose.

Finally, you could also use a hypoallergenic/anti-allergy bed cover on your regular mattress.

Thanks, thou it may not be only night it also occur during day time.. infact my nose is always blocked either one side or the other.

What all those foods have in common is that they are all starchy carbs...and probably have gluten. Could be issues with your gut microbiome.

Try probiotics.

I'm allergic to smoke and onion cuz of my eyes, I can't even cut onion in a closed space cuz I go cry tired. I'm also allergic to dust particles, too much pepper and highly conc perfumes infact anything that triggers running nose I try to avoid it cuz I'm used to having running nose.. Any good samaritan should recommend me very effective medicine for running nose cuz all this GB cold, procold and there likes are not so effective.
