The deal was signed 3 years ago and preliminary works started immediately but also had a few delays. What you’re seeing now are the installations which were even supposed to be done last year when Obi was still struggling for PDP ticket.

Coincidentally in fact, the FG gave an update the exact same day Obi left on his jamboree to Egypt but he was too occupied with trying to impress his gullible supporters.

Only an ignorant, educationally challenged simpleton will think a 3 day sightseeing trip can result in the generation of 25 Gigawatts.
