I would advice u to start using zee black soap n if ur face is the oily type, use oxly 10 acne cream, there is this cheap cleanser u can be using whick is sold for 400 thereabouts.. U only av to be patient...

Black heads are not treated with cream. I used to have this problem many years ago until a female friend removed everything in one afternoon with her nails. The process is quite painful, look for someone that can help or go do a facial treatment for black head removal.

Stop apply any antibacterial, stop changing soap and your body cream that's the major problem use lemon fresh body wash and cream no used any cleanser because it will burn your face lastly don't pop the pimples doing it only when it form porsh

Check your pillows and bedsheets, keep them clean at all times. As in wash them at least once a week.

Keep your hands off your face and stop picking the pimples or whatever breakout you have.

Wash your face with mild soaps at least twice per day. Do not use sponge.

Do this for 3 months and watch your skin emerge clearer. This is a simple matter.

You didn't use antibacterial creams rather you used bleaching creams. Antibacterial creams won't give you black spots.

Change your diet, eat more of vegetables and fruits for vitamins, wash your face with warm water, morning and evening, before retiring to bed. Get a good sunscreen (facial cream/moisturisers) for your face, apply very little. Most Importantly: STOP EYEING PEOPLES WIVES 🤪😜😝😛

My brother I understand how you feel. I used to be very disturbed with stubborn acnes on my face and chest. I tried all kinds of medication. It began to affect my self image. It got to a point I left it alone and just had my bath morning & night using a clean towel and handkerchief all the time. It left on my face dark spots. Guy to even toast babe sef na wahala.

This is the breakthrough I told myself I won't allow this kill my self esteem. I freed myself and carried my face out like that but I made sure my face was dry n clean. I ignored how people feel about my acne face . I mingled well, dress sharp , smell nice n smile with my perfect dentition. My height is good n worked on my physique with right build up n right posture. I dated more beautiful ladies.
So I angrily stopped all those nonsense cream, tablet, herbs etc n just maintain and continued good hygiene. I used Normal lotion especially in harmattan season to mostiure my skin.

Bro today my face is strikingly fresh and no trace of pimples or Acne. Even when one or two appears I simply ignore and it would dry up without pinching it which is the mistake most people do. They give it so much attention. Please stop scrubbing your face hard with sponge. Just use a soft one or ordinary hand to wash your face with toilet soap.

Lastly stop hiding indoor. It is not good . It can lead to depression. Focus on your good traits.

Stop using bleaching agents.... bleaching/toning creams or whatever. It is your your body expelling excess toxins through the largest pores of the skin which are on the face. Aren't the pimples on your face only? ... why not on any other part of the body? Stop bleaching.... they will go away on their own.

I have this issue I'm dealing with which seems to be taking ages now.

There are these stubborn black spots in my face which refuse to go after using different antibacterial creams yet the spots are still much visible, will have to wait till dark before I go out.

Firstly, you look young so it's not out of place for teenagers or other young people to develop such due to hormonal changes accompanying growth, so understand that it is a part of life. You will outgrow it.

Secondly dont be too hard on yourself to the extent of using antibacterial creams, the spots arent caused by bacteria. You can rather use face cleansers, use a good soap and ensure regular bath
Dont burst pimples on your face, especially when they are still at early stage, allow them to ripe.

Thirdly, dont let your confidence be determined by your physical appearance.

When you use harsh lightening creams it causes pimples, which turns to dark spots. The best fix is to stop using any cream on your face for now, even the ones you are trying to use to clear the pimples and dark spots must be stopped.

It's obvious it's because of the lightening cream you are using on your face. Stop using any cream on your face. You are dark skin, so as your face goes back to your initial skin colour after stopping the lightening cream, the spot will be less visible.

The problem is not the spot, it's the face which is lighter than it should be.
