There are two causes of infertility

Female factor, which can include infection, genetic causes, things like polycystic ovarian syndromes, other illness and so on

And then there is the male factor: inherited/genetic, injury to the blokos, infections, and so on

Having induced abortions does not stop one getting pregnant. It may at worst cause repeated miscarriages which can be prevented by a special operation that can be performed at the start of pregnancy by a specialist. Also ivf is getting better. Recently there is a process where an operation is performed on the woman's ovary that can cause it to produce eggs.

Infections can also be prevented from wrecking havoc by prompt treatment.

For more information ask a doctor or a nurse to enlighten you more..especially a gynaecology doctor.

P.S I have personally seen a woman with several abortions give birth . She was monitored throughout the pregnancy by a specialist doctor by the way.

The problem with the comment was that the guy was implying that having abortion means you would be infertile

It does not work that way. Many women who have had abortions do get pregnant properly
