If obi had the foresight or prerequisite as the number one citizen in the state, he would have started foundation in preventing such occurrence and successive administration would have continued to actualized the prevention. He was busy keeping money in the bank while there are meaningful project he was supposed to do to elevate the standard of living of people living in the state. If he had started the prevention plan and successive government abandon the project, then we will kno who to center the blaim on. But as it stand, the blaim is on all the past governors of the state including obi.

Bros, this is probably the effect of Climate Change and its not something to be politicized.

First world cities with first class sewage systems like those of New York city or Seoul, South Korea could not fight the raging waters when it besieged them.
