But, the idea of saying that the Yorubas have been part of the current government, and as result, every member of the yorubas race should support the Igbo, may be wrong. The presidency (president and vice president) zone to the north since 1999 to date, have always had the Hausa/Fulanis. And the Hausa/Fulani again is still a major contender. My take is, Nigeria has 3 tripod major tribes. They are Hausa/Fulani, Igbo and Yoruba.
