So he should have stayed behind and got murdered abi? And the same military would have denied complicit as they always do So he doesn't just jump bail, it was the same government that pushed him to take that decision to save his life. That's safe defense technically. If a man attack you with a gun and you manage to turn the attack around and kill the assailant, will you be be arrested and prosecuted as a murderer? |
