Of course, the appeal court cannot grant such stay of execution and that would completely contradict the judgement of the court. My question still remains, who confirmed Malami as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria? In a saner clime, someone like him would be in jail for incessant disregard to court order. As for the southeast Governors, it will never be well with them for abandoning their own, even when justice is favouring him.
