This is very straight forward.
Are you an avid reader?
Do you write proficiently?
do not apply if
1. You are not hardworking. I hate people who give excuses
2. If you cannot be dedicated
3. you don't read extensively. I need people that are sound
4. you don't have at least 3 samples that are at least 1000 words long each

You must be able to research
you must apply with at least 3 samples of things you have written
your English is excellent
you love reading and learning. You watch a lot of movies, you read trivia blogs, you are not limited to Nigerian content.

you must be ready to work full time. This is not a part-time position

and you're only proving to the client that you do not read.
