It is written that the prayers of a sinner are an abomination to God, and in Matthew 6 vs 6 - 15, Jesus Christ made clear some of the criteria for having one's prayers answered. Since the word "sinner" refers to one who lives His existence in direct disobedience of God's teachings and commandments, it follows that indeed one would need to obey God in order to meet the requirements for having one's prayers answered. And since a sinner exists in disobedience, he cannot hence have his prayers answered by God. undecided

As for the claim that all men are sinners.... that contradicts Jesus Christ who instead said that those who are of sin are of the devil and those who are of the devil are not of Him - John 8 vs 31 - 36 undecided

All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
And no man exists who, repenting, thenceforward proceeds without ever sinning again. That is impossible.

I am afraid what you are guilty of here is committing an out-of-context fallacy, essentially presenting an invalid argument as if valid. undecided

Stop getting carried away by what is soundbite Christianity. It's all falsehood with no real substance to it!.

Ignoring the intended audience for a second, of the letter attributed to Paul, the writer of the epistle, if you carefully examine that verse in context, you will immediately see how your conclusion is invalid since Paul in fact states that in Jesus Christ, the people are made righteous in God. undecided
21 But God has a way to make people right, and it has nothing to do with the law. He has now shown us that new way, which the law and the prophets told us about.
22 God makes people right through their faith in[a] Jesus Christ. He does this for all who believe in Christ. Everyone is the same.
23 All have sinned and are not good enough to share God’s divine greatness.
24 They are made right with God by his grace. This is a free gift. They are made right with God by being made free from sin through Jesus Christ.
25-26 God gave Jesus as a way to forgive people’s sins through their faith in him. God can forgive them because the blood sacrifice of Jesus pays for their sins. God gave Jesus to show that he always does what is right and fair. He was right in the past when he was patient and did not punish people for their sins. And in our own time he still does what is right. God worked all this out in a way that allows him to judge people fairly and still make right any person who has faith in Jesus. - Romans 3 vs 21 - 26
Now, who are the people Paul claims are made right by the Law that is Jesus Christ? Well, according to verse 24, they are those who are made righteous by their acceptance of the gift that is grace(Eternal life) and they are none other than the Jewish believers, the former sinners of God's Old Law whom Jesus Christ came to call, who are redeemed from the debt they owe to God's old Covenant by their receipt of Eternal life from Jesus Christ - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20. undecided

Yes, the very people who Paul indicates were all sinners, fallen short of God's goodness are declared to have been made right by their transition from the Old Covenant to the New Covenant, Jesus Christ, this is what Paul revealed. undecided

Now, in case you doubt the audience of the passage indicated above which you carelessly lifted a verse out-of-context from to assert the truth of what is in fact an invalid conclusion, then I suggest you take a look at the preceding passage where Paul indicated the audience of that piece. undecided
9 So are we Jews better than other people? No, we have already said that those who are Jews, as well as those who are not Jews, are the same. They are all guilty of sin.
10 As the Scriptures say, “There is no one doing what is right, not even one.
11 There is no one who understands. There is no one who is trying to be with God.
12 They have all turned away from him, and now they are of no use to anyone. There is no one who does good, not even one.”
13 “Their words come from mouths that are like open graves. They use their lying tongues to deceive others.” “Their words are like the poison of snakes.”
14 “Their mouths are full of cursing and angry words.”
15 “They are always ready to kill someone.
16 Everywhere they go they cause trouble and ruin.
17 They don’t know how to live in peace.”
18 “They have no fear or respect for God.”
19 What the law says is for those who are under the law. It stops anyone from making excuses. And it brings the whole world under God’s judgment,
20 because no one can be made right with God by following the law. The law only shows us our sin. - Romans 3 vs 9 - 20
The Law of Moses, the National Constitution as far as those who are of the blood of Jacob, which is cited in the passage above, applies only to those who have the blood of Jacob coursing through their veins, the Jews - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20 - establishing the audience of the message contained in this and the passage that follows where the same law is also cited. undecided

Anyone who is begging bread is not a saint. It is impossible for a saint to live through begging. I know this first hand, so I do confirm what David Said, "I have never seen the righteous beg bread". Psalm 37:25

Good question! undecided

Sadly, the story of Lazarus and the rich man, like several of the other parables told by Jesus Christ is not based on facts as it is after all a parable. Apart from Lazarus being a beggar, the dead in the parable were conscious and even living other lives when they were supposed to be either perished or asleep in the grave, Hell(a place of fire) existed in the place where the righteous descendants of Abraham are suggested to go when they die even when God never indicated such in His Old Covenant. These along with other notable issues are meant to reveal to the reader that the story is in fact not based on truth but fiction, even though the lesson attached is meant to teach the Truth of the Kingdom of God. undecided

Just as the wise thief on the cross who made it to paradise, it is an exception and not the rule.

Job is not recorded to have begged for food, or what to wear, and he even had the confidence in God to boot, instead of trauma, panic, fear, and anxiety that typically follows people through their struggles. undecided

1. Where is it stated that she was a righteous woman. These things are not meant to be assumed. undecided

2. Your rules as far as life have absolutely nothing to do with that which God has stipulated only applies to the righteous. So your claim is invalid by the fact of that. undecided

3. You commit an out-of-context Fallacy when you lift a verse out-of-context to assert a meaning different from that intended by the source, again, rendering your argument invalid. undecided

Also, this is nothing about being rich or being poor. But about a guarantee given by the Almighty to those who belong to Him, promising that He will provide their needs no matter what. Since you seem to think here that God is a liar, you have to provide better evidence for the assertions you make against His promise. undecided

Why does a righteous man need to build a mansion first? Did Jesus Christ, Himself a righteous man, build a mansion first before God was able to meet His needs? undecided

The way some of you resolve these things of God does not fail to astound. undecided
