It's an agitation for recognition and inclusion in the national table, which Yaradua a notherner succeeded at where OBJ a Southerner failed.
Most Southerners who believe Boko Haram was used to fight GEJ are from that part of the South who see Tinubu as a betrayer who worked against southern interest by installing Buhari.
