This is more like my story � but what I keep doing is I just try to laugh over it and set my mindset on positivity. Laugh over it that’s the solution. Always stay joyful. If you know how many pastors don bid and cast that same night e go still happen I even tire to dae call pastor. It was one pastor that told me to look at it as natural and never set negative thoughts to it and since then things changed for me

Like EVERYTHING else, spirits, whether good or bad can posseses stuff. You go to proper churches of God, or watch videos where when people are being delivered from spiritual bondage, the spirit speaks through the possessed person about how they are their spirit wife/husband etc, make them masturbate etc and messing up the life.
