African leaders should stop begging and talk like equals. What's the distance between Israel and Egypt (an African giant)?

It's time we take a stand, define our interests and stand our ground as Benjamin Netanyahu does.

The wailings of a colonised slave.

Don't wail too much or their doctor will give you the wrong injection next time you visit them.

Well said Mr President. I hope the west will now realize the danger their actions and inaction is causing to Africa. Africa leaders need to unite and face the west squarely. We can't continue like this, if they will continuously heating up the climate, they must be ready to take responsibilities that will help the lives of the affected people especially in Africa and Asia.

Climate change is a big scam played by the Elites on humanity as part of there agenda to achieve NWO.

Their is no scientific proof of climate change.

Guess that was why they killed Gaddafi... He was gaining traction with his united Africa campaign hence he had to leave the scene.
Forget about all the human rights gibberish they fronted for their action the truth remains that a united Africa will be a force to reckon with.

Most Africans like u lack foresight.

Is it the West that stopped Nigeria from building dams to avert the flooding we experienced this year?
When Hurricane struck parts of US sometime this Year did they point fingers at Africa or did they start rebuilding and making corrections?

I stand with President Muhammadu Buhari on this one...

The west should carry their matter for their own head....We are yet to attain industrialization....we contribute less to the effects not climate change...fund out infrastructure, education, health as an incentives for us to stop activities, which you have used in the past to develop your own Nations and now you think are detrimental to the environment.

Bola Tinubu said something like this and many called him names..

African leaders should riseup to this perceived inequalities.

The article is not saying African leaders do not know what to do...we lacked the huge financial resources to do them..
And what can be done to generate funds needed is what the west is mitigating them from using now...things..."Energy" the west have used to develop their own Nations..

So, it is logical for the west to give incentives to developing Nations so that they will stop activities that they now see can damage the climate further.....the activities they have used in the past!

Idiot president talking as if he was aware that there was flooding in his country.

Was there any press statement from the presidency over this flooding or did he vist any of the affected places?

Failure of a president.

That's why Tinubu said "You can't prevent a Church rat from taking poisoned holy Communion" . The "Church rat" is Africa while Industrialization that can lead to climate change is the "poisoned holy Communion". In essence Tinubu is saying that Western countries can't stop us from industrializing just because you want to prevent the climate change you chiefly caused. Sometimes when a brilliant mind talks, you'll think he's mad. Tinubu's intelligence is exceptional!

Which of the actions expected from African countries that require too much resources?

Is it building dams and harnessing renewable energy resources which Africa has large potential?
Any resources given to African nations would end up been looted.
Mind you, I believe Climate change is a scam.

I can remember some nonentities mocking the “church rat” interview answer made by Asiwaju couples of months ago grin. That was the day I realized that Obidense are one very dull set of humans animals. I was surprised to wake up to see supposed educated youths buzzing about the comment thinking it was a blunder. Even Reno, their one-time Messiah, was everywhere saying trash not knowing that the brilliant mind who was giving his opinion about Africa and climate change is brighter than the brightest mind in the whole of Eastern Nigeria grin

The west want us to abandon oil exploration and move to clean energy...lots of campaign against the use of refined crude...How will Nation like Nigeria survive without this

We need to keep selling our oil....if they no buy, we will refine our crude and use by ourselves...

They should not tell us not to use refined crude..we contribute less to the climate wahala..

And if they feel we should do away with it at all cost...they should give us incentives to take care of our economy and development
