We have not really left the slave trade era mentality when black men started capturing and selling their fellow blacks for money . Our leaders do it with policy, police and kidnappers do it physically..

Until we have a black unity mindset, and strict rule of law this mentality will not go

Normal in Southern Nigeria. I remember when people used to be arrested in Lagos for wandering. Yes, wandering.

It depends. It isn't normal as per the constitution. But it is normal for police officers to do it anyway.

Yes it's normal for the police to make such arrest based on the kind of information at hand.

But In Nigeria the police operate on the fact that most people don't know their right. But most times such arrest are made based on the environment, you'd never see them in a govt reserved location.

From my experience in US and Europe, it's normal that police raid ghettos and criminal hideouts.
Since some boys have declared to earn their living with crime they will dance the music

Yes all Yahoo boys and criminals must be purged. 99 out of 100 Igbos are criminals. 95 out of 100 afonjas are skull miners and criminals . In fact 99 out of 100 Nigerians are criminals. So yes it is right to arrest any Nigerian u see on the road. Say no to crime. Don't allow a Nigerian into your country if you want to develop [/quote]
