I doubt it....Rivers has so much money that it will be difficult to control the one that determines how that money is spent..... The thing is everybody in the state, contractors, politicians, business men want to stay in business by doing jobs for the state governement, loyalty to whoever is the state governor is what wll guarantee continuity of their business....same with thugs, militants too....Godfatherism can work in a state with little resources where the governor is struggling to meet up with the financial obligations of the government.....
Those 200k Special advisers he said he appointed, thats buying 200k votes already.....those people will financially induce at least 2 voters each to vote for whoever Wike wants....600k votes already...Imagine the resources used to achieve that, that's why it will be difficult for Wike himself to subdue whoever becomes the next governor......the new Governor too will be the one paying the bills of those 200k SAs and allegiance go change

You guys are daft!!! Not only is Obi daft, his supporters are daft! You cannot see the game Wike is playing? Whose votes is Obi stealing in Rivers? Who is Wike’s enemy? Does Obi have northern votes?

Add 2 and 2 together if you have any brains and you can see what Wike is doing!! He knows Obi is not going to win because he has no northern votes so it is ok for him to do everything to use Obi to damage Atiku where it matters….SS!

If you had any brains you would realize this is exactly what Wike would do if he was working for Tinubu! Soludo said it the other day it is in Tinubu’s interest to even finance Obi’s campaign as the places where he is stealing votes are not APC territory!!!!! Wike cannot campaign for APC in Rivers but he can allow a man he knows cannot win to take PDP votes in Rivers from Atiku!!!

But looking at it from another angle, apc will not trust wike because he is not consistent. Today he is moving with apc , tomorrow he is supporting peter obi, after some days he is in meeting with pdp. But one thing tht is certain is ,the continuous acceptance and rising popularity of peter obi in the south is definitely not a good sign or omen for APC or tinubu
