This is interesting. Congratulations to the Northern part of the country. But wait, why is it that 2 different states owns the first oilfield? I mean one thing owned by 2 states. Is it for both to collect from the 13% derived from oil? I am not understanding abeg. Also, they are quick to build a 120000bpd refinery to refine the oil from this place.
