Dual nationality
Nationals of origin in Nigeria or another country are allowed to naturalise without renouncing other nationality. Members of the government — like the president, governor, or state and national legislators — may not have dual nationality.
Constitution of Nigeria, Chapter III: Citizenship

A person with dual nationality can become President. The word there is voluntarily acquired.

I am thinking this applies only to executive positions. I remember this issue came up when Ben Murray Bruce was to contest for Bayelsa governorship but he later went to the senate without any challenge.

We know peter obi is from Nigeria and mikano thief is from Cameroon, it is tinubu that gets people confused. No childhood history, no primary school records, no childhood friends, no parents history, no siblings, they said he is even using Donald Duke's childhood pictures as his own.
