Same Amechi was made minister of transportation, and he was busy building railway for SW and North. Not a single rail project in the entire SS and SE.

Though I still rate Amaechi's performance higher than Wike, However governance is not all about projects, some governors will do projects that are not needed just to syphone money and so on, I believe in taking people out of poverty first.
