Nobody should attribute this to any man cos pa jakande also ruled lagos and never borrowed kobo to fund projects or pay salary as we see today. That's in the early 80s when he built the largest housing estate in Africa in less than 4 years. I always wonder each time some sychopants say tinubu funded the LGAs during obj without allocation from the fed govt. Its laughable.
