They knew those that are behind the scarcity of petroleum across the country. It has become a norm that every December period, there must be a scarcity of petroleum so as the powers that be, the untouchables, to cashout.
I'm sure there will be availability of fuel because they know the game is up. DSS knows the saboteurs.

The simple reason why there is scarcity of petroleum is the market as a whole loses money every year selling subsidized fuel. As a result, they make the product scarce to recoup any lost money.

The solution is to remove subsidy, and let the market sell at a price that suits them...but then Nigerians won't and have never agreed...so here we are.
