The venues in Brixton are too small to accommodate this musician.

It seems his promoters underestimated his popularity right now.

He might not be able to fill the 02 (or maybe 02 was not available), but Brixton is way too small.

The problem with London is you have big venues like Wembley, 02 etc, then you have quite small venues in Camden, Brixton, the West End etc. But there aren't mid-size venues that can't take up to 5000 people. For that, you'll have to go to places like Birmingham or Manchester, where there aren't as many Nigerians.
