Even at that what do we say about sitting for NECO 10 years before its founding? Or, the obtainment of the School Certificate and Diploma just ten weeks from each other? These are fundamental issues that must be interrogated according to the electoral laws.
Your brain is deceiving you.

People like to leave the truth and keep wasting their time on APC Media propaganda.

Why, if I may ask is he a " stupid old man..." Why is it that some of you have no common sense on how to make sensible comment?. Was Adeleke stupid when he went to court to challenge the last election when he lost? Your target is obvious... and you most probably don't give a toss about Adeleke or the people of Osun... but anything that hurts Tinubu will make you happy

FOOTSOLDIER1:
Let this stupid old man Oyetola go and register in a caregiver service provider, that is what he needs right now. Let him and Tinilubu go and play with their grand children now at their old ages before they travel to the beyond.

A candid advice. What they both need right now is a caregiver services, and if you truly love and care about their health, you would advice the same. Forget politics.

They can only cancel the 6 units where the over-voting was detected. Then, they will recalculate and subject the remaining results to electoral act. They cannot cancel the whole election because of over-voting in 6 units of 3763 units. Of course, this indicates substantial compliance with 2022 electoral act. So, the election results stand.

6 polling units was claimed by Pdp while 765 was claimed by APC the judges will look into both claims and not just the 6 polling units

Law is not like that oh. Netting the vote like financial transactions. Once the petitioner can proof and bring some doubt of voting scam. It will be up to the other party lawyers to prove beyond reasonable doubt that other results weren't affected and pray for the honourable courts decision FOR the client.

My disappointment is that the so called BVAS can still Bleep up. It means by next year we are going to have issue with it and many people will take advantage of it .

That's just the fact. Human made error.
