You forgot to add competent and has interactions with other Nigerians, the last point may seem insignificant but it's not, it gives the person an understanding of mentality, perspective, way of life, problems and best way to tackle them.

One big hinderance to development in Nigeria is we copy solutions without tweaking them and just dump them on places they may not work in, a solution to say moral decadence in Anambra may not work in sokoto, erosion control of the type in bayelsa may not work in Jigawa, a teenager from Nasarawa may see a practice in Edo as senselessness and try to uproot it only to bring greater calamity on that issue or community, Soludo has interacted with Nigerians from all places, those concerns may be put to rest.

And for an Igbo man, he has shown himself to be committed to Nigeria, that may dispel unnecessary concerns.

"We have a presidential candidate that we are supporting now. After his tenure, he will hand over to Soludo as president."
