I will advise you to run a quick check on your keyword in Google to see the kind of content that rank for it so as to make a better content marketing plan.

if you can show proof that your site as consistently earned atleast $700 monthly for 12months either via ezoic, adsense, amazon you can flip it at motion invest or empire flippers. they don't accept news blog, just pure niche with organic traffic and you can sell it as a business. There is also flippa but that takes time or wont sell until you upgrade to highest plan.

I don't want to discourage you but it's one thing to write and a bigger task to rank. Google's algorithm only favours big sites.

For me, I'll be selling off a couple of my sites to invest in other businesses.

The goal was never to rank on google from start rather build genuine audience on some topic. Google shows search results based on sites a person visits most, it's a bit deep I wouldn't want to go into that talk for now
