I will not talk ill of men of God in general, but the problem is that some of them put mouth in politics they don't understand by missing their human emotion into politics. When man of God already picks political side, it will be difficult to hear God clearly when he speaks otherwise. Men of God should be neutral in many cases if he/she wants to hear clearly from God. All the candidates have good minds to serve Nigeria in one way or the other. We only need to check their experiences, past governance record and other parameters before we vote for them

Men of God are citizens of the Country and are affected by situations and happenings even more than individuals,

if "his' member is kidnapped he will be called even at odd hours to pray and do what he can, and if it anything this particular one in question had a sibling in military hierarchy just recently and must have inside information that u don't have.

Two former Military Personnel came out to talk about the complacency of the military in the North recently based on info they had, u are just assuming that he is assuming.

A newspaper report years ago fingered a prominent face in this election as backer of the dreaded "Boko Haram"

Thanks

Where is the evidence for your statistics? So Boko Haram and Bandits have only been mostly kidnapping and killing Christians? If you agree that other religions have been hit also, is that not an indicator to you that banditry or religious/ tribalistic fanaticism is no respecter of anyone? Ask the family of people in the East that have been killed by separatist fanatics just for being on the "wrong" side of the fence no

are you asking for stats for owo massacre , leah, xmas day b*mbing etc, oga sorry to ask are in Nigeria

The spiritual battle should not end at collecting PVC and voting. What about the true result of the voting being subverted and vote buying? Spirit-filled people of God can decree a thing and it will be established.

Anyone that wants to subvert the presidential election result through rigging or vote buying, die by fire of the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus Christ!

People of God should do spiritual warfare and overcome every enemy.

Never cowardice nor a scam,
The bible condemn those who say God spoke when He did not speak but did not call anyone scam for having a choice of rulers.

And in the old Testament lots of Prophets spoke truth to kings (Rulers) they installed and remove kings (Rulers) by "the mandate of God".

So biblically it is not wrong for a Pastor to have a political choice.

If a ruler is installed tomorrow it is for all Nigerians including the pastor it is not cowardice to use his office to influence his choice.

As Policies of Buhari bites hard it's for everybody, when Zenith back remove transfer charge yesterday e touch me irrespective of who I supported.

How much APC supporters and the people who occupied Nigeria dey buy fuel now?

Federal Govt Uni don increase school fees how will my folks cope with inflation in prices everywhere and no increments in wages

What's foreign exchange currently, how much was it, when APC used it to campaign against GEJ then .

Pastor dey buy fuel, dey buy foreign produced products and other services when inflation don affect and some do feel for their members, thinking how will they cope if things continue in this trend under APC govt.

When John the Baptist was in the wilderness proclaiming the coming of Jesus Christ and repentance, he was highly honoured.

When he ventured into the affairs of the palace, he head was cut off.

I come in peace.

1. You folks and the way you pick and choose as far as scripture never ceases to amaze me. undecided

The Old Testament is in the Context of the Old Law of Moses, the National Constitution of the Nation of Israel in the Land of Canaan. Your pastors and mogs are scammers — the very false prophets and teachers whom Jesus Christ warned against — for suching to you that he fits in with God's Old Testament Prophets where Jesus Christ made it clear to all, over 2000 years ago, that John the Baptist, was the last Old Covenant Prophet sent from God. Your pastors and mogs are scammers for dragging God's name into what is gentile politics when Jesus Christ made it known to His followers that there will be none of that among those who belong to Him - Matthew 20 vs 24 - 28. undecided

2. Big whoop! undecided

3. He can speak as a citizen but he sins against God when he drags God's name into what is his personal fight as if to suggest that God sides with his foolishness. undecided

Hmmmmn, think about this.
Clerics are Men of God ( whether Muslim or Christian)

1. Men of God are human beings. Every outcome of any election affects them too, as human being, under a good or bad government. Every inflation, bad decisions of government, High cost of food, high cost of utilities bills, bad roads, bad environmental condition, high cost of hospital bills, high cost of education, and above all, INSECURITY,affect these men of God too.

These men of God are Nigerians just like u and me. They are subjected to Government Decisions just like u and I. Whatever that affects their congregations affects them too indirectly.

These men of God bear the brunts of WELFARE PROVISION, SUPPORT TO IDP CAMPS, SUPPORTS to Health Education and Relation matters in their community. They are closer to the poor than ur least politician. They are at the receiving end too. They pray for changes for better. Pls, allow them to express their mind. They have need too as they are meeting needs in their own way.

So, they have right to say, discuss, intervene, encourage, declare what they want and what they do not want for a particular election. They can belong to any party of their choice. They can vote. The can be voted for too. First, they are citizens before wecal3d them Men of God.

Finally, eligible voters ( e.g. men of God)have right to decide on who to vote and also campaign for anyone on who they should vote for. They can be voted for.

I come in peace.
That was because he, John the Baptist, was Elijah. Recall God spared Elijah from the wrath of Ahab's wife, Jezebel. Well. God returned him, Elijah, as John so they could do to him what they had wanted to do to him. That is what Jesus Christ said in Matthew 17 vs 12 undecided
10 The followers asked Jesus, “Why do the teachers of the law say that Elijah must come[a] before the Messiah comes?”
11 Jesus answered, “They are right to say Elijah is coming. And it is true that Elijah will make all things the way they should be.
12 But I tell you, Elijah has already come. People did not know who he was, and they treated him badly, doing whatever they wanted to do. It is the same with the Son of Man. Those same people will make the Son of Man suffer.”
13 Then the followers understood that when Jesus said Elijah, he was really talking about John the Baptizer. - Matthew 17 vs 10 - 13
