Are you really sure about this? Khosi has a strong PR prior to the beginning of this show and this also played a key role in her followership as well.
You can't also dismiss a combination of "bandwagonism" and body shaming of her by certain followers of this show. But to fair,she is also playing a smart game atleast for now.
