Jesus Christ is the one who said if your neighbor ask you for something, don't tell him to come back tomorrow, instead give it to him immediately.

Your neighbor is not just the man who lives next door to you. He could be the beggar in front of you, the orphan walking right next to you, etc. Basically, those who are poor and right next to you are the ones who Jesus Christ said you are to give to.
