If this news is true it means this country is absolutely unserious and we are not thinking like humans anymore. Instead for them to tackle the issue to allow fuel queues to disappear, you asked the filing stations on the highways to close. Who says people will move their vehicles away without fuel in it from the que? I wonder if we weigh some of this decisions thoroughly most time.

This is a very good directive. The traffic is becoming unbearable.

You will be the one to shout tomorrow if transport far increases or if there are no busses tomorrow as a result of lack of fuel.

That's a very good development. The traffic is so crazy nowadays due to motorist blocking the roads and thereby causing unnecessary traffic.
However, the major causes of fuel shortage needs to be addressed.

That’s not the solution bro. It will get worse instead. I drive too. Most people you see on queue barely have anything that will drive them home. Motorists had turned fueling stations to their second home for almost a week now. People sleep overnight at stations on the queue in a bid to be among those that will be attended to first.

Those that had the little to take them home will resume to the queue as early as 5am to join the queue again. The purpose will be defeated already.

The solution is for govt to supply fuel everywhere. If stations will open by 9am, do you think it’s that 9am that cars will start queuing? Normally, since this scarcity began, almost all stations resumes late so what’s the difference.

Go to all stations in VI, you will see motorists sleeping on the queue

Military rule is why we are the way we are...

About 70% of civilian rule since 1999 has been under former military dictators. They are not builders. They are destroyers.

But Nigerians love them so...

You sef are not normal. Is government not supposed to be doing everything to end the scarcity instead of increasing hardship on Lagosians? Do people want to spend hours on the road queueing for fuel that they could have spent more productively or at worst with their families?

You're there talking of entering bus N200. Wait until you start driving and have to find fuel to go to work then you will realize how stupid you actually were.

Release the fuel at whatever price and stay there you are not selling per gallon to justify rate hike every two weeks

Per gallon is per 3 liters come up with a good discounted price and open the flood gates

Your train network once completed will subsidize but we rely heavily on roads hence the huge transport. Don’t adulterate out of spite this time if your father didn’t buy you benz buy your own

Lagos state Government had always be competing with the Nigerian Federal Government. They forgot about Federal Government supercede them in every ramifications. That was why The Goodluck Jonathan's Government plan to ban Lastma from Federal roads across Lagos state.
