It's Herring o. I dey vomit straight after eating it. And it's very bony too. Maybe I can stomach it a lil bit with plenty🌶️.

My most preferred is catfish.

In fact I’ve been craving it for some days & I’m going to eat one tomorrow with one bottle of chilled beer

I will delete tilapia or herring.

Put Titus on my rice in the morning and prepare catfish along with juice for me in the evening and put croaker in that vegetable soup along with semo.

Please remove the tilapia

Funny enough, herring (shawa) would be my second choice.

I used to always feel nauseous/vomit whenever I ate it. Especially eating it with (immediately after eating) rice.
I couldn't give it up because it made fresh tomato stew really delicious.
So, what I do is eat it after my food (usually rice) has digested. cheesy

I hate fish. Used to like tilapia till I learnt they use them to clear sewage waste abroad. Catfish is sweet but that 9ja catfish is a scam as its basically packed with fat and growth hormones.
