If not that Africa is damn retrogressive, how can someone who is aged and mentally incongruous be considered for the Office of the President of a country - the most critical and decisive office in the land. How can someone who could not reason effectively, who mutters words be considered for presidency of a country. Everybody just maintains quietness because all wants to be "politically correct".
