For me not so much about project but more about institutions and legacy. A legacy of Judicial Reform, IGR revamp, Restructured LGAs, infrastructure framework (BRT, Rail,Lekki Trade zone, Eko Hotel...) PPP on Security, Housing,waste MGT..
Anybody can do projects so far there's money, few people can build institutions and leave legacies.
