Has anyone made the payment in naira? Do they have a bank account to transfer to? If payment is online via their normal channel, it will not work because it will be based on dollar not naira. |

Na wah for our government seriously, in this modern age they are still accepting a foreign country's internet service? They will definitely use it to spy on the govt, and secondly they get you addicted to it and then they sanction you with it 2 Likes 1 Share |

If they are in close enough proximity yes. Speed will reduce the further away from the router you are. Of course, you can hard wire and then start to experiment with connecting a switch to it and then a router to the switch. samuelson06: 2 Likes 1 Share |

rookidmart: Wait till everyone joins the wagon and all that early excitement starts to fade away. Satellite datalinks are not optimisted for heavy traffic. Space X will need to put more satellites in orbit in order to accommodate more customers and maintain user experience. This is where satellite business model flops |
Re: Starlink Is Officially In Nigeria With Pricing In Naira by rookidmart: 7:06am On Feb 01, 2023 |
persius555:Well they do plan (and have gotten approval) to double the number of satellites in the coming years. Time would tell if the planned increases along the line (more than 42,000 satellites) would suffice. Admittedly they do state that their target market is not everyone, just those in rural areas. |

oluwaseyi0: If you know how many people have died due to hunger in this Case you will delete that your post, you think it's a joke? I guess you live in an ajebor environment so you think everyone is doing fine. Try visiting some states apart from Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt and see how people are struggling to eat once a day you'll understand. |
