When a system is not properly introduced and managed what do you expect. Only in Nigeria you will VOTE and it will take another 10 years for the result to be synchronize according to INEC.

Commercial banks are to be blamed NIGERIANS OUGHT TO BE IN THE STREET PROTESTING AGAINST THE BANKS but they won't

The central bank have said it many times that the commercial banks are sabotaging the process

NIGERIA don't act when it is necessary that's our major problem.

It's a well known fact that commercial banks are selling the new note to politicians and then collect the old note from them and give it to the poor masses.
They should be send to jail so that others can learn.

I thought #400milion. What a stupid Discovery. As long as there is no enough new notes to go round this will not stop. Buhari should fire the CBN Governor asap for trying to blame commercial Banks for his selfish and foolish policy

Emefiele has really turned CBN to a joke! Just ₦4m. Nothing worth up to what an individual can cash out. These people are not just serious.

A sane president should have sacked this CBN governor for his failures - poor redesign of new notes, distribution, etc. He is even saying the notes will stop be accepted for deposit later....
Now, should we believe that it is just this ₦4m that is causing the scarcity of the new notes?
he said #4 million in one bank, how many billions we will get if we should check all the commercial banks? Tinubu is using bank managers to get new notes for election rigging.
