A supreme court judge in his highly decorated office will never understand the mathematics of managing a country's economy in a billion years. They should only concentrate on interpreting the law. What about the Supreme Court that has stoop so low and had made itself an object of mockery? It's the statutory right of the CBN to implement financial policies that can better the country's economy. Why would the Supreme Court make itself a tool used by selfish politicians to distort and thwart policies good for the country? I hope if Buhari declares for security purposes Sharia Law will take effect nationwide you wouldn't be referring to the Constitution or the Supreme Court to oppose his ruling.

CBN nor Emefiele are respondents in the Supreme Court case. FG is, and the Supreme court interim order was to FG, who can mandate CBN to do the same.

Emefiele can never be held in contempt.

If Buhari mandates Emefiele to extend the deadline and he refuses, Buhari is expected to fire his ass and if he fails to do so, he Buhari will be held in contempt not even the Emefiele that refused his boss' order.
