The person with 25% spread wins. There is no rerun.
It's not true. There will be Run-off between the two.

For your mind you get sense. slowpoke
When they're practicing absolute majority, they don't even need a certain percent in majority of states. Absolute majority already shows that you have the support of majority of the electorate.
Absolute majority that will be tilted to huge populated area that can easily determine vote to the exclusion of other regions? U no geh sense....
If it was by that no politician will ever care about Campaigning is places like east or low population area.....will such majority be representative of general population and tribe? That's Sampling 101 under "statistics 101".....

That is not what the constitution says. So stop misleading yourself. You can do yourself a favour by going back to the constitution to study it again.

Lol. Rack brain to know what the constitution says about popular vote and voters' spread. In this particular case, how is this different from using Google Search engine? What intellectual problem did you see ChatGPT (not chatgtp) solve in that screenshot?
Go on, then.

No one will be declared winner, there will be a re run.
To be declared winner you must:
1. Win 25% in 24(2/3) states
2. Get atleast 50% + 1vote to win.

The rule is clear, none of 4hrm satisfies the condition to be declared winner and therefore it will be inconclusive. A re-run will be done within a week. Thereafter, whoever has the majority votes wins.

U mean all the materials used, expenses incurred and stress faced, both by citizens and inec officials will be repeated

The two conditions are together...you can't satisfy one and fail in the other ..

Majority Votes and 25% in 2/3rd states.

With underaged, cows and rams etc registered to vote in the North, Atiku might get majority though.

Ha ha ha. Win 25% of votes in 24 states.
When northern military dictators proliferated too many undue number of states in the NW and NE regions, and supervised a Constitution that legitizes the 36 states political structure, where were southern people?

When Arewa supports an Arewa presidential candidate, it's very easy for the Arewa candidate to win 25% of votes in 24 states. But at the same time, it's difficult, if not impossible, for a candidate from the south to win 25% of votes in 24 states. Worse, voters in the far north put Islamic. Talk about a fraudulent political structure. Land mass or population figures is never used as criterion to proliferate too many new states in one area with larger land mass.

The closest wins having meet the requirements. If you remember Trump and Hillary. Hillary got the highest votes but not meet the minimum requirements. Trump met the minimum requirements despite coming second in total vote cast.

All this newbies in politics sha. Since 2015, APC and PDP always have 25% spread due to their balanced structure. It will most likely happen this year too. It's only Labor or. NNPP that can win without such spread.

Yea! Every smart person knows that.

The chances of PO getting the required 25% spread is very slim. Emotions are not fact. They will learn.
