INEC Threatens To Cancel Kogi Presidential Election Results by Sundaland: 8:31am On Feb 26, 2023
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has threatened to cancel presidential election results at multiple locations.

Dr Hale Longpet, Kogi Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), sounded the warning while reacting to the crises that erupted in some local government areas. He spoke to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lokoja.

There were reports of thugs interfering with some polling units in Anyigba and Dekina in the Kogi East and Mopa in the Kogi West, as well as parts of Kogi Central, where voting materials were allegedly carted away by thugs.

“You know the electoral Law says that where there is a disruption to the process, the result will be cancelled, Longpet said.

Similar incidents were reported at Edo and some other locations.

I don't think threaten should be the right word. Just go ahead and cancel it according to the electoral laws. Shikena.

Are you guys seeing what I'm seeing

Obi is taking abuja, lagos, kogi, plateau, Anambra, imo, ebonyi, enugu, abia, awka ibom, cross river, edo, delta, bayelsa and rivers already

All he needs now is 25 percent from maybe any other ten state from South west and deep north to add to that 14 state already...14 + 10 = 24

I have a feeling he will get Benue

So remaining nine...please taraba, nasawara and adamawa we can do this

After that then Kkk( Kaduna, katsina and kano) might not affect us too much after all kwankwaso, tinubu and atiku might share that kkk....kwankwaso our son you can do this for us

It's shameful some people are trying to use violence to win elections. They won't succeed.
Meanwhile, INEC portal should just upload results as they are and timely too to not create unnecessary room for suspicion, that's all that matters.
People must protect their votes.

No need to threaten them. Just go ahead and cancel, so far the electoral law has been breached.

We should all, however remember that what is good for goose is good for the gander.

Don't know why people fail to adhere to an upright procedural system.
Power and position ought not to be a do or die affair.

The problem is that violence happens in places where LP has many voters. So if results from those areas are cancelled then LP loses. Its that simple.
