If he gives up the stolen mandate he would be disappointing the majority of nigerians who voted enmasse for him. Even if the courts Will give a bad judgment it's better for him to go to the court.

If he doesn't go to court it will prove what some people are saying true that he worked for Tinubu against Atiku.

The Senate President had during plenary on Tuesday said there was no provision for the electronic transmission of results in the Electoral Act 2022.

Lawan had noted that the National Assembly only made provision for the transfer of results from the polling units to the server of the INEC.

He said, “In the Electoral Act that we passed, there is nothing like the election transmission. What we passed is to transfer after all the paper works that we normally do while the agents and everybody there have the papers.

“INEC will scan or snap the result sheets and transfer them. We urge INEC to follow the Electoral Act and other laws on their guidelines.”

However, speaking with journalists on Wednesday, Senator Moro lamented that the INEC went ahead to announce the nationwide cry against the non-conformity of the INEC to the Electoral Act as regarding the electronic transmission of results

One thing Tinubu and his partners in crime has failed to understand is that the crime they committed wasn't just against Peter Obi,it was against Peter Obi and over 200 million Nigerians, even if Obi decided to let the day light robbery go, Nigerians will never allow it, it isn't just about Obi, it's about Nigerians whose families has been mascaraed since 2015, it's about Nigerians who cannot access their own money in their different banks, it's about Nigerians who were on strike for 8 months, it's about Nigerians who has gone from middle class citizens to poverty since 2015,this is a fight against all Nigerians, both young and old.

Peter Obi won the election with 10 million votes.

All i want Buhari to do is to swear by his forefathers that he did not Rig the election in favour of APC.

If Buhari swears, i will never say anything about the election again 💯

grin

Obi is going to court, mugu must donate, more funds needed for investment.

Obi's emphasis is about low turn out even though there are more than 11 m new register voters in this election. How many registered voters are in Obi's polling unit, how many voted? How about his local government or Apc also rigged there?

I believe a smart candidate should make sure he has agents across all the polling units, your agents then forward the outcome in their polling unit to the party tally center. Which figure do LP talling center arrived at?

Meanwhile, presidential election disputes should cost nothing less than N5bn, you need 1 professional lawyer from each state to investigate how the rigging was done per state while they will have like 5 junior lawyers each to carry out the findings.

Apc inaugurated their legal team early before the election, infact Prof Osinbajo is the head of the team. We aren't gonna allow 1993 to repeat itself cos we still remember vividly those who took MKO victory to court for annulment which they had their way . Not this time around

Another futility exercise in the making

OBI: this election will go down as one of the most controversial elections ever conducted in the history of Nigeria.

OBI: we won the election, and we will prove it to Nigerians. We will explore all legal options to reclaim our mandate!

OBI: If you must answer his excellency, the process by which you arrived at the office must be excellent

OBI: This is NOT an election. We should have spent that 300 Billion on something else and announced what we announced instead.

OBI: I assure everyone, I am not going away. We will walk through this darkness until daylight.

OBI: I’ve been a beneficiary of the judiciary and I'm always successful.

Here will go to work and put up an half-hearted effort.

Okupe and Pat Utomi working for the winner underground finished Obi. They gave him terrible advice and didn't stop until they ruined him.

Ok
Whatever he has to say is highly anticipated by his opponent...
Though he came 3rd,his speech can cause an uprising in the country.. He can make this government very difficult to govern for apc....

This is a man who can cause a riot and protest far greater than if kanu, simon ekpa, igbowo etc come together...

Please, sir, go to court. You have the support of millions of Nigerians that voted for you.

I'm particularly shocked at the conduct of this election. Let's see how it will go.
