94 million registered voters.
Only 25 million votes counted. This is worse than the worst turn out ever.

1 thousand actual votes counted at polling unit turned to 10,000 votes ion the collation paper.

The sham election should be canceled and fresh elections called. Buhari can hand over to an Interim government.
