I just don't understand that man love for fancy....if only some people hailing him have visited to see the quality of most of the projects.....poorly done but using fancy to cover up....how can you go and put artificial grass under flyer over? Using inferior colored lights on pavements and Walkways?....I have been to ebonyi and I know what am talking about
