Okowa is a collosal failure in many sectors including education. He suspended the Delta State First Class Scholarship Scheme and scholars who were on the scheme got stranded in foreign countries and most of them dropped out of school at various levels. There is nothing to be fact-checked! The indicators of good governance are elusive in the State even as the highest allocation receiver and 13 percent derivation as well as 5th in internally generated revenue.
