Ordinarily, judging by way APC managed the country, they can only rig to win.

PDP of 2019 broke into 3 factions by 2023.
PDP
LP
NNPP

Yet, you expected them to defeat an APC that was united, had federal might and had the most number of Governors.

The more you type, the more you expose your ignorance and bias. You really should shut up.

APC losing it is free and fair, but APC winning it is rigging. Confused losers
they had to concentrate structural resources in Lagos which has more money. The northerners are unique and can't be easily intimidated.

Noo., AA, APC, did not win Rivers. We can project Lagos too, only if INEC did not rig
INEC remain the mess.
