ORIENTATION101:
The court ruling on proving of electoral vote means

Only Bvas report is not enough to prove over voting.

Voters register of all polling unit is more significant shocked

Omo anybody that want to use bvas in proving over-voting in presidential election should change strategy already

This has always been my fear, Bvas may be gone for good. The Politicians never wanted bvas

Rigging with old method, when a new law exists.......

There will be a lot of staggered elections once all court cases are done with, thanks to INEC for being an arm of the APC..

You see the justices meticulously followed the electoral laws 2022 vis a viz the Nigeria constitution.

Not those beer parlour judges at the tribunal... How do you expect to be a Justice when you see white and call it black? kia

There is no case in that Appeal.

One of the most difficult things in this world is proving over-voting in our Presidential elections. The only dynamics in that case is the FCT (25%), others will just be legal gymnastics.

They should send all cases directly to supreme Court to save everybody's time
He only won at the tribunal.

Its very hard to prove over voting in court of Nigeria
Peter was very wise to have avoided rigging and the server issues as his main point of petition. Na so them for easily strike am out. APC for no mind to trade Osun judgement in favour of PDP just to use same pattern to give victory to themselves at the tribunal

FCT 25% is errant nonsense. Our democracy and constitution was copied from USA which will never make certain people superior to other

This is what those jubilating now are not seeing. I am not supposed to say this, but I am suspecting this judgement.

Those jubilating are shortsighted. If SC upheld this judgment, just forget the presidential election tribunal.

It means the petitioners have no case.
Exactly those Obi supporters re too clueless to see the bigger picture here. Bvas report would have nailed APC in presidential Tribunal.
Other suits re mere academic session in the court.

This is the comment I was waiting for.

I swear Tinubu na master player.

Why win Osun and lose presidency? If APC is able to prove over-voting and certificate disqualification...it will set precedence for the Presidential tribunal.

So, the game is...let them win and use the same precedence to win Presidential case

Congrats to Gov.Adeleke.
Former Gov.Oyetola won the appeal against Sen Adeleke's tribunal victory in 2019 and also the SC reaffirmed the appeal court judgement.

True.affirmation of the manual voters register has also made it harder but the apex court might overrule it as the register is also in the bvas

if SC uphold this result , politicians will rig shameless except inec want to do their job by strictly monitoring like what they did in abia and Enugu.
