They should embark on ranching rather than moving there cattle up and down. They should try and do the right thing for once. How can you come to a suburb area and keep your cattle, forgetting human being live around there and the cow dum smells bad...for example in FO1 in kubwa,a very expensive and fast growing suburb, cattle is kept everywhere and residence in that area can't breathe fresh air. Ranching is the best way forward. Approach the government for a land to ranch.

If a person pays you an agreed sum to occupy a place for whatever duration, is that person not the owner for as long as the payment validly subsists? If one out-rightly purchases a land and develops/expands it in line with state planing guidelines, should that person not exercise rights of ownership and declare same boldly just because he is not an indigene?
