No doubt many have termed Governor Peter Obi as the will of God, the next President to rule Nigeria. More so, he and his deputy are on the move parading themselves as such trying to recover their widely acclaimed stolen mandate.

But the question we need ask those who claimed Governor Peter Obi was the will of God for Nigeria is that " Can the will of God be rigged"?

Many pastors claim to have directly or indirectly see him as the next President! Most notable are the Popular 5G pastor and Pastor Enenche amongst others!

Before the elections Peter Obi was seen moving from one Church to another and he did campaign in one church telling them "Church take back your country". He also did transverse all the places where Christians are said to be aggrieved and where ethnic clashes are common like the Southern Kaduna and some parts of Jos!

Many Pastors fell in tune with him and commanded their congregations to vote him. I even saw one pastor saying he'll literally beat anyone who doesn't vote for Governor Peter Obi.

The Election came and votes were cast. Results came out and many were alarmed. Just as many were not!

Governor Peter Obi had all the SE in his pocket!
In SW, He had only Lagos and the rest 5 states were less than fair!
In SS, he had a huge chunk of the votes!
In NC, he also did fairly but his poorest outing was in the 12 states of the NE & NW!
The Core northerners didn't vote Governor Peter Obi same way the SE didn't vote any other except Obi!

So in total, the reason he lost the election is not because the election was rigged but because he was rejected by the core North and SW a total of 17 states!

Now the Prophecy has been shifted to retrieving a stolen mandate!

So how was the will of God rigged?

People think because he is popular means he was the will of God. What they don't understand is that God uses different types of people to bless his children from time to time. And God looks at the heart, not the outward appearance

The system is called "DEMOCRACY" which has been defined as the government of the people by the people and for the people.
So this has nothing to do with God's will but the will of the people, whether it's right or wrong from God's standpoint that's irrelevant as long as it is to be determined by casting votes not asking for God's viewpoint on the matter.
If it's to be about God's view then the three religion practiced by Nigerians should come out and decided then the swearing in should be through the three religions:
The gods of traditionalists, churches and Muslims so that the one been sworn in will know he is accountable to the Gods not voters! smiley

First Nigerians have over a thousand religions, not 3. You can't just lump all Nigerian religions as "traditional religion", otherwise we may as well lump Christianity and Islam as "foreign religion" and say we have 2 religions in Nigeria.

Second, if religion and the will of God does not matter in a democracy, why did your protagonist Obi spend more than 70% of his campaign time in the churches? And more importantly, why the overwhelming resistance by many to a so called Muslim - Muslim ticket?

Note that the churches have what is called CAN so they can choose delegates to represent them, likewise the Muslims and as for the traditionalists each will bring his or her own God if they feel like participating in the process none should be left out.
They should all agree after consulting their Gods on who should lead the people and it will make sense that it's not about what the people want but the will of the Gods!

This is where most people got it wrong.

It's called DEMOCRACY: Government of the people by the people and for the people.
Note that throughout the definition God wasn't mentioned. So this has nothing to do with the will of the Gods but that of the people! undecided

You seem to be dodging the most important question: if it's not about religion or God, why the resistance of the "people" towards a Muslim Muslim ticket?

Politicians don't believe in God they often use different tools to gain power:
©Money
©Weapon
©Beauty
©Eloquence
©Fame
©Spiritism/Witchcraft
©Blackmail
©Racism
©FALSE RELIGION

All these tools are used interchangeably by politicians so in Nigeria they're using it too!

Told you before, God is not interested in your choosing of your Kings and anyone who says He is, is a liar.

And the fact that their sayings did not come to pass is proof that they are liars and that they did not hear from God.

God is not interested in your choosing of Kings, rather it is a curse which the white devils plunged Africa into, in the lie of civilization and democracy and integration.

It is not about God but about people pursuing/preserving their interest as they have their trust in people of their own affiliation in distrust and suspicion of others who are not of their own kind.

Nwanne, the bitter truth is that NOBODY KNOWS THE WILL OF GOD OR THE GODS. All religions and their holy books only claim to speak for God or the Gods.

I'm sure that most of us have heard the saying "Vox populi, vox Dei" which means that the voice of the people is the voice of God. Is the saying correct? I would yes and no. Depending on what "God" means to the person using the saying.

Humans would stop disturbing themselves about the will of God if they could realise that EVERY THING AND ANY THING THAT HAPPENS IS THE WILL OF GOD OR THE GODS.

Our confusion begins when we try to separate good or favourable events from bad or unfavourable events. And that confusion has its root in our belief that God is only good or holy. Mana that image of a 100% good or holy God is nothing but a fantasy, illusion or lie promoted mainly by the Abrahamic monotheistic religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

Think about this biko. If God created every thing that exists, how can evil be separated from God? If evil is separate from God, does it mean that evil is another God or that evil has another source outside God?

Whatsapp me on +234 909 5000 603 if you would like us to discuss more about God or the Gods.

1. Scriptures reference to the Will of God refers rather to God's Law and Covenant with His people .I.e.. Jesus Christ for our time. However, religion is to blame for why people define today, an idea that pretends the will(choice) of the people is God's. undecided

2. What God allows isn't "God's Will" but rather that which is allowed. Recall that God washed His hands of the affairs of men in Genesis 3 vs 16 - 24. This suggests that God allows men to do as they please in the background all while His Law and Will continues as He has programmed it to. undecided

3. God never gave religion to men. What He instead gave were His Laws and this to His chosen people, Israel. Rather men cooked up religion---- Christianity, Judaism and even Islam--- using the many mentions of God.

Evil was ofcourse created by God and used for His purpose and Law. You don't need to look beyond His Law to find the calamities promised by God to those who do evil in His name --- Deuteronomy 28 vs 15 - 53 & Matthew 25 vs 41 - 46 undecided
