The first question you should have asked yourself is what happened to the previous satellites. Like NNPC, that agency is just another conduit pipe of the government.

There are things that can never work in this country until it is totally overhauled. The earlier you realize that, the better for you.

It is a great credit to NASRDA and their engineers that this satellite is performing well and its operations are progressing so quickly. Nigeria has been operating satellites since 2003. In fact In 2005 NigeriaSat-1 was the first satellite to send back pictures of the east coast of the US following Hurricane Katrina
