When law enforcement agencies were petitioned over inciting comments made by Bayo which Bayo said he is not apologetic of? Double standards.

I wonder if Nigeria we remain one if APC continues the way they have been going since 2015.

If there is a concrete evidence, you go to court.

People dont know the federal government get sued all the time, dey do. Its in the media.

What dey dont show u or tell u, is when they settle out of court, which is also legal, and thats only if you have the ressources to sue them.

Tinubu never become president, he has already started problems with the media. Is this how he wants to lead us? By silencing the media. No problems, time will tell

Even Datti knew he was walking on a thin ice.
He said he knows he’s “taking a risk”.

Whilst he continues his rhetorics and crossing all the red lines, Seun sat and looked on!
As biased as AriseTV is towards the APC and Tinubu, even Rufai Oseni will be forced to caution Datti.

Na so APC used this same ChannelsTV to kill Jonathan's govt in 2015. Tinubu & Children of Fake Change were praising them. Now the table been turned against them.

grin grin This is the guy who labels people unintelligent. You cannot even make your comments in a civil manner, you call people's father, you make derogatory remarks about them and their fathers. Yet you have the cheek to call people illiterate? grin grin grin

And then you try to lecture people on Turkey and other dictatorial countries. Countries where there are no human rights. You also tried to lecture people on America, America where there are so much human rights. grin grin grin grin

What else do you want him to say? There is freedom of speech; but it has it limit. What datti said was too much.

If seun did not violate the conduct of the NBC, then he should speak to the section that says he did not break the code, not diverting peoples attention.

Its dat simple. There is a lot of confusion on ground already. The Job of the media is to clearify not complicate issues.

Of course , this is not military rule. But talking recklessly in a democracy is not acceptable. Something that could plunge the country into a boiling water.
I am not in favour of anyone or group making statement to incite the public into provocation. What will be done to the man who opened his mouth to say what he said on Channels tv? If nothing is done to the man then it's a form of victimization. What do you think?

Don't mind him.

When it comes to this LP nonsense, if dem get sense before, it fizzles out immediately. The same thing for one Ese Mairo on Arise TV.
We know that no be Seun talk but when your guests go out of line, you put them in check, that's your f^cking job! On air personalities shut out their callers when they begin to utter abnormalities. Even when radio presenters are reading messages on FB or other platforms, they stopped short of reading the comments when they noticed it's an obscenity.

Channels TV should go and pay the money and deduce it from Seun's salary small small. That's the price you pay for gross unprofessionalism. Imagine Datti running mouth on a matter wey dey court and you self siddon there fanning the embers. Radarada!

There are no such thing as limit to freedom of speech. grin grin freedom of speech in your view is too much when you don't agree with what the speech is? Shut some people's freedom of speech because they said what doesn't suit you. What kinda kangaroo freedom of speech is that?

The media are doing their job to make every bodies voice heard. Afterall these same politicians like Tifonunu uses the media when they want and suits them.

This has re-echoed Datti's initial comment, that swearing in Tinubu-Shettima will mark the end of democracy in Nigeria.. this is just a tip of the iceberg.
The Politics Tinubu and APC is playing presently is far worse than a military rule.
This is another Military Dictator rule, period!

In fairness to Channels & Seun, they have been more Professional in their Broadcast despite the heated Political Atmosphere.
However, this Ban from NBC is in order because the hateful message propagated by Datti is unacceptable & moderation of the broadcast is the sole Responsibility of Channels TV.

You conducted a very reckless interview that broke all ethics of professional journalism and instead of acknowledging your fault and promising to do better in the future, you are grandstanding and talking nonsense about silencing the media. How’s sanctioning ChannelsTv for breaking broadcasting code the same as silencing the media?

In fact, NBC really need to do more. The N5million fine is just a slap on the wrist. Something around N50million would be more appropriate.

You have a problem honestly... where is the freedom of democracy here. What about The big lies keyamo and ffk has said on TV against other candidates nko, did anybody call them to order?
